It is said that the eyes are the windows of our soul. Beautiful and bright eyes not only show a good health but also make you look very attractive. However, to have healthy eyes you have to look after them properly. Yours eyes need everyday attention.

Pay more attention to your diet. First, eat food that is good for your eyes. They are fresh fruits and vegetables as fish, eggs, and milk. Besides, a regular amount of vitamins A and B2 should also be taken.

A regular and enough sleep is necessary. It relaxes the eye muscles(肌肉)and gives them the rest required. Sleep not only helps the body to repair its tired tissues (组织). Spellmasters Spelling Competitions are open to all school children aged 15 years old or younger.There are two divisions:Junior and Senior.

•Words used in all competitions will be chosen from The Macquarie Dictionary.

•The competition is conducted orally.Once the pronouncer has given the speller the word to spell,the speller should say the word aloud so that the judges can hear it clearly.
