方法是:要注意放松休息好,加强营养,注意锻炼,保证睡眠,听听音乐散散步,要按中考的时间和科目做一些前几年的中考卷,看看以前做错的题以及笔记、课本中不熟悉的地方,然后休息。上下午在考试的时间里做卷子,看一些笔记,有助于调整生物钟,否则,几天不做卷子就可能手生,手生就难以进入状态。不要看太多的书,把知识梳理一下。也不要做过难的卷子,否则做不出来会挫伤自信心。要休息好,不要使身心疲惫。
另一种方法是:一星期里基本不看书,干一些家务,听点轻音乐,心静如水,在平静中把心态调到一个很高的兴奋点,不看错题,把所有缺点丢掉的话考分肯定会高。
因此,考试的前一天可看一些题,以不做题为好,大考的前一天和考试前要做深呼吸(平时要训练,运用不当会头晕、头痛影响考试),吃得好,睡得香,即使睡不好,只要心态好,也能精力充沛考试,中午要休息。
