【中文摘要】市场经济的快速发展和电子商务的持续推广,现代物流不再仅仅是企业自身的经营行为,已成为跨部门、跨行业、跨地域的以现代科技治理和信息技术为支撑的综合性物流服务,逐步深入到我们每一个人的日常生活中。物流信息化建设已成为提高营运效率、降低成本、增进客户服务质量的核心因素。在物流信息化建设中,信息流的处理和利用水平决定整个物流过程的运作水平,一方面物流信息化建设是发展现代物流的核心和关键,另一方面,通过物流信息化建设又极大地推动着现代物流向前发展。基于“服务为本”的概念,研究国家、省、市物流发展的和整个社会对物流发展的需要,以公共管理的理论，通过郑州市物流信息化建设与实践,构建一个全面、开放、即时、快捷、使用方便的物流信息的协同平台,为行业行政管理部门在公用和企业自用物流信息化中的作用研究提供参考。

【英文摘要】As the rapid development of market economy and the continued promotion of e-commerce, modern logistics is no longer just the business activities of their own, and has become cross-functional, cross-regional, cross-trade and

comprehensive logistics services with the modern technology and information technology to support, and gradually deep into each of our daily life. The construction of logistics

information has become a key factor of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving customer service quality. In construction of logistics information, the processing and utilization level of information flow

determines the operational level of the whole logistics process. On the one hand, the construction of logistics information is the core and key of the development of modern logistics, on the other hand, the information construction has greatly promoted the development of modern logistics forward by

logistics.Research the national, provincial and municipal logistics development policy and the logistics development needs of the whole society, on the basis of “service oriented”, with the theory of public management, through the construction and practice of logistics information of Zhengzhou, to construct a comprehensive, open, instant, quick, convenient logistics information platform, and provide reference for the effect research of the administrative department in the logistics information for the public and their own use.
